EPISODE DRINK:
Bourbon Amaretto Sour
1 oz bourbon
1 oz amaretto
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker (with NO ICE)
Shake 15 seconds
Add ice to shaker
Shake 30 seconds
Strain into glass. (Froth will rise to the top.)
(Note: If you like a sweeter drink, increase the amaretto to 1-1/2 oz and the simple syrup to 2 tsp)
