EPISODE DRINK:

Bourbon Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz amaretto
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker (with NO ICE)
- Shake 15 seconds
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake 30 seconds
- Strain into glass. (Froth will rise to the top.)
- (Note: If you like a sweeter drink, increase the amaretto to 1-1/2 oz and the simple syrup to 2 tsp)
