Bourbon Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

  

• 1 oz bourbon
• 1 oz amaretto
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• 1 egg white

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a shaker (with NO ICE)
• Shake 15 seconds
• Add ice to shaker
• Shake 30 seconds
• Strain into glass. (Froth will rise to the top.)
• (Note: If you like a sweeter drink, increase the amaretto to 1-1/2 oz and the simple syrup to 2 tsp)
