• 1.5 oz brandy

• 1 oz Benedictine

• 1.5 oz Cointreau

• 4-6 oz brut champagne

1. Add brandy, Benedictine, and Cointreau to an old fashioned glass

2. Top with brut champagne

3. Add ice if you prefer, or drink at room temperature
