Santa’s Little Helper Coffee Martini

Ingredients

  

• 2 oz Stoli vodka
• 1 oz strong coffee or espresso, cooled
• 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz Irish cream
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1-2 oz shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

 

• Put half the shaved chocolate on a plate.
• Fill martini glass with ice water to chill.
• Add ice to a shaker and add cooled coffee, simple syrup, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and vodka.
• Dump chilled water from glass.
• Wet the glass edges and roll in chocolate shavings.
• Shake-a shake-a shake-a the shaker – hard enough so a foam is formed.
• Strain quickly into chilled rimmed glass.
• Sprinkle remaining chocolate shavings on top.
