EPISODE DRINK:
Strawberry Mint Lemonade Punch

- 1 cup vodka
- .5 cup Limoncello
- 2 tsp Vermouth
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup mint simple syrup
- 6 fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced in half )
- 750 ml dry champagne
- whole strawberries or lemon wheels (to garnish)
For Mint Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mint leaves
Add all ingredients except champagne into pitcher.
Stir and allow to chill overnight if possible.
When ready to serve, add champagne.
Serve in champagne flutes with garnish.
For Mint Simple Syrup
Slowly heat water sugar and mint leaves until sugar dissolves.
Let mint leaves steep 2 hours or more
Strain syrup into jar with lid. Will keep in fridge for up to two weeks.
To Make as Mocktail
Double lemon juice
Double simple syrup
Replace champagne with sparkling water or club soda
