Faux Fall Coffee Cocktails

Read text from Marleah that says “let’s have coffee cocktails and pretend it’s fall.” Search for coffee cocktails that contain the expensive, weird liqueurs you purchased for the Madame Marleah Cocktail. Find something similar and adjust to Bartender Courtney standards.
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz cold coffee
- 1oz Camus Cognac
- 1/2 oz amaretto
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 1/2 oz Irish Cream
PREPARATION
- Brew one pot of Bitter Southerner coffee
- Let it cool
- Combine coffee, cognac, amaretto, Benedictine in a mixing glass. Stir
- Strain into chilled martini glass leaving 1/2 oz top space
- Add Irish cream to top
Enjoy “fall” cocktail and immediately go into the 100-degree heat for tailgate and football game and cold beer.
