EPISODE DRINK:
Ginger Mint Limeade

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Lime zest
- 8 oz fresh squeezed lime juice (approx 8 limes)
- 12 to 15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Ginger ale (preferably Fever Tree)
- Ice
PREPARATION
For Mint Limeade Concentrate:
- Squeeze limes
- Boil water, sugar, and lime zest until sugar is dissolved
- Remove lime zest
- Add 8oz lime juice
- Add 1 cup cold water
- Add mint leaves
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
For Cocktail:
- Remove mint from concentrate
- Prepare a highball glass
- Add vodka and 2 oz limeade concentrate
- Top with Ginger ale
- Add ice
- Garnish with mint leaves
