Episode 19: Come for the Ghosts, Stay for the Music / The Bad-Ass Witch of Battletown

It's all about you, Kentucky! Marleah and Patrice drink Mint Juleps and tell stories from the state south of Ioha. Slaughterhouse hell portals, undead dancing girls, 1800s nasty women, and the only witch burning in America.

Come for the Ghosts, Stay for the Music //

Bobby Mackey's World of Music in Wilder, KY, originally built in 1850 as a slaughterhouse, started its life by turning the Licking River red with blood. Since then the place has lived many lives - a distillery, a bingo hall, a biker bar, a mob-run casino, maybe a portal to hell, and now America's most haunted honky tonk.
