EPISODE DRINK:

3-2-1 Margarita

  • 3 oz silver tequila

  • 2 oz triple sec

  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

  • simple syrup (optional, to taste)

  1. Add ice and water to a margarita glass to chill.

  2. Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  3. Shake-a shake-a shake-a

  4. Empty chilled glass and pour in margarita.

  5. Add lime slice for garnish.

Uncle Nearest Old Fasioned

  • 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1856

  • 2 bar spoons simple syrup

  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 1 blood orange peel

  1. Add simple syrup, bitters, whiskey, and a squeeze of orange peel to a large rocks glass.

  2. Add ice.

  3. Stir gently until the level of the ice and liquid equalize.

  4. Zest an orange peel over the glass then add the peel to the drink as a garnish.
