3-2-1 Margarita
Ingredients
- 3 oz silver tequila
- 2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- simple syrup optional, to taste
Instructions
- Add ice and water to a margarita glass to chill.
- Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake-a shake-a shake-a
- Empty chilled glass and pour in margarita.
- Add lime slice for garnish.

Uncle Nearest Old Fasioned
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1856
- 2 bar spoons simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 blood orange peel
Instructions
- Add simple syrup, bitters, whiskey, and a squeeze of orange peel to a large rocks glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir gently until the level of the ice and liquid equalize.
- Zest an orange peel over the glass then add the peel to the drink as a garnish.
