Episode 143 Hellfire Old Fashioned

Ingredients

1 teaspoon sugar

3 dashes Angostura bitters

1 teaspoon water

1 teaspoon Merry Cherry juice

2 ounces bourbon (or rye whiskey, if preferred)

orange twist

Directions

Add all ingredients except Bourbon into a mixing glass or shaker

Muddle ingredients and stir until sugar melts

Add bourbon

Stir

Pour into rocks glass

Cover glass with smoker

Let sit for 2 minutes or more

Add rocks ice cube

Add merry Cherry

Add orange zest
