Episode 154: Gibson Martini
Ingredients
2 oz Hendrick’s Gin (or vodka like I prefer)
1 oz Olive brine
2 drops extra dry vermouth (some like more, so maybe like .5 oz)
For Olives:
large queen olives, pitted
bleu cheese
Directions
Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker hALF full of ice
Shake vigorously for about 30 SECONDS
Strain into a chilled martini glass
STUFF TWO OLIVES WITH BLEU CHEESE
Serve with stuffed olives on long cocktail pick
OPTIONS:
To make a gin gibson, replace olive brine with cocktail onion juice
Garnish with two cocktail onions
